Every order ships free, tracked and insured anywhere in Canada and the United States. From the moment it leaves us until it's in your hands, it's our responsibility.

When your order ships

We pack and ship within one business day of your payment clearing. You'll get an email with your tracking number the moment it's on its way. Most parcels arrive within 2 to 7 business days, depending on where you are in Canada. Orders to the United States usually arrive within 5 to 10 business days.

With the optional Vault Concierge, orders paid before 2 p.m. ET ship the same business day.

How it's packed

Each piece travels in its capsule and original box, cushioned inside a sturdy outer box, in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that hints at what's inside.

Signature on delivery

Orders over C$500.00 require a signature. This keeps valuable parcels from being left on a doorstep.

If something goes wrong in transit

If tracking stalls, the parcel is lost, or it arrives damaged, tell us. We'll send a replacement (when one is available) or a full refund, and we deal with the carrier ourselves. If we can't deliver within 30 days of your order, you're entitled to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping to the United States

US buyers check out right here and pay in US dollars through Wise, with card, US bank transfer or a Wise balance. Shipping is free and tracked, and every parcel leaves with its customs declaration completed by us.

Prices are set in Canadian dollars. At checkout we show the exact US-dollar amount, converted at the Bank of Canada's rate for that day. Any US import duties or carrier brokerage fees are set by US authorities and are the buyer's responsibility.

Everywhere else

For other countries, message us and we'll quote insured shipping. Customs duties and import taxes in your country are set by your government and are paid on arrival.
