How do I pay?
We accept Interac e-Transfer only. After checkout you will receive an email with our payment details. Include your order number in the memo field. Auto-deposit is enabled — no security question needed.
How long do you hold my order?
Items are reserved for 48 hours after your order is placed, pending receipt of your e-Transfer.
How fast do you ship?
Same-day shipping on orders confirmed before 5PM EST, Monday to Friday via Canada Post.
Do you ship outside Canada?
Currently we ship within Canada only.
What condition are the coins in?
All coins are accurately described and graded in the product listing. Photos shown are of the actual item unless otherwise noted.
Can I return a coin?
Contact us within 3 days of receiving your order if there is an issue. We handle every situation individually and stand behind what we sell.
